Salmon and Salad

English is weird; the "L" isn't pronounced in one of those words.

Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 lemon sliced
  • 1 Tbsp capers drained
  • salt, pepper
Salad
  • 4 c baby spinach
  • 6 radishes sliced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 1 c grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp agave nectar

Method
 

Salmon
  1. Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place filets and cover with lemon slices and capers. Salt and pepper to your liking.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes, check and return to oven for 2-4 more minutes.
Salad
  1. Whisk liquids together, toss vegetables around and let wilt.
